Healthy Breakfast

One way to be healthy is to eat a good breskfast. You should stay active about an hour a day. Don't just go home and est junk food eat an apple or something like that. you need to eat good foods all day not just breakfast. Drink more water not just soda. Go outside and not just play video games all day . Be with your friends a computer isn't a really friend.
